National Heavy Haulage Enterprise Agreement 2023 

The proposed Agreement is available for you to review, together with the following items:


• Materials incorporated by reference in the Agreement can be found in the ‘Relevant materials’ section below, under Resources.


• Information sheets and explanatory materials to assist you to understand what the proposed Agreement means for you, as well as how to vote, can be found under ‘Information sheets and how to vote’, under Resources.


Information Sessions and Voting

An Information session about the Agreement will be held on Friday 31 March 2023. Please contact Olivia Wallis (HR Advisor) via email should you wish to attend.


Following the Access Period and Information Sessions about the EA, you will have the opportunity to vote on the Agreement.


 Voting will take place from:

  • 5:00PM (AWST) / 7:00PM (AEST) on Wednesday 5 April 2023, to
  • 8:00AM (AWST) / 10:00AM (AEST) on Monday 10 April 2023.

You will be able to place your vote online or via SMS. The below information sheet explains how to vote on the proposed agreement.



Background Information

Centurion HR and Heavy Haulage Management have been working with the employee representatives since late 2022 on the new Enterprise Agreement (EA) for our Heavy Haulage drivers.


Centurion has created a fair agreement that ensures our drivers are paid at a competitive rate in relation to our competitors. The new EA includes a number of important, beneficial changes and we will work hard to ensure you are full aware of these changes and what they mean for you individually.


Employees will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed Agreement.

We have created this portal to provide everyone with easy to access information and updates on the EA. It’s important that you participate in this process as it directly impacts your working arrangements with Centurion.
